I’m currently on the Agility/Speed program being 6 foot 6 I have always been able to dunk since I was 14. But what I haven’t had is the explosive speed and incredible agility to have it all over my opposite number on the court.
Playing in the Power forward position the guards cant get over how much faster I am at practice than them, whether its doing lateral shuffles or 2 step drills I have them wheezing trying to match me.
My overall fitness has also improved and now helping me play a full game at my peak.
